BIM VPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes your traffic through servers operated by BIM VPN, allowing you to access the internet more privately and securely. The Service is provided as a software application available on macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
The BIM VPN system includes client software installed on your device, a network of servers operated by BIM VPN across multiple geographic locations, encryption and tunneling protocols that secure your traffic in transit, and a subscription management system that validates your access.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. Your subscription to BIM VPN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
The BIM VPN Service is provided for lawful personal and business use only. You agree to use the Service only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted standard in the relevant jurisdiction. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
User responsibility for local laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws and regulations of your country or region. BIM VPN makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or legally available for use in all locations. You access and use the Service at your own risk and on your own initiative.
Violations result in termination. BIM VPN reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without prior notice or liability, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party. Upon termination, your license to use the Service is immediately revoked.
Software license. The software provided as part of the Service is licensed to you on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis solely for use in connection with the Service as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BIM VPN expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Coverage and speeds may vary. The availability, performance, and speed of the Service depend on many factors including your internet service provider, device hardware, geographic location, and network conditions. BIM VPN does not guarantee any specific connection speed, latency, or availability of particular server locations.
Service may be interrupted. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, network disruptions, or circumstances beyond BIM VPN's control. BIM VPN does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
No logging of user activity. BIM VPN does not log, monitor, or retain records of your online activity, the websites you visit, the content you access, or the communications you transmit while using the Service. We maintain a strict no-logs policy.
No censorship. BIM VPN does not censor, filter, or restrict the content you can access through the Service, except as strictly required by applicable law. We believe in open access to information.
No sharing with third parties. BIM VPN will not voluntarily share your usage data, connection logs, or personal information with third parties, law enforcement, or government entities except where required by a valid legal order from a court of competent jurisdiction.
In no event shall BIM VPN, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if BIM VPN has been advised of the possibility of such damages. BIM VPN's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
BIM VPN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the BIM VPN website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations under these Terms, BIM VPN will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the application or via email if you have provided a contact address. We recommend reviewing the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available at bimvpn.xyz/terms.html. If you do not agree to any modification of these Terms, you must stop using the Service.
